Please answer the following question below based on the information and figure. I just need a description of which bulb will go brighter in each of the pictures. And any equations that would be necessary to explain this. It does not need to be worked out with numbers. Just the equations and words explaining how you can tell which glows brighter. Thanks! Below is also an example of how to set it up!

The 2X watt bulb will have less resistance than X watt bulb.

SO, in first combination, potential is same in both the cases, so the higher wattage bulb ie 2X watt bulb will glow more.

In the second case, thr current will be same for both the bulbs,

so power in X watt bulb = I2xR

Power in 2X watt bulb = I2xR/2

so, X watt bulb will glow more due to more power.
