- the first and foremost is that the selection of the employee is improperly done or poorly executed.

- if an employee is been selected he or she should be thoroughly be explained about his or her description

- employee should be well trained for atleast 2 weeks before he can be officially entrusted to his position

- a weekly reporting and recording of the employee should be taken from the employee himself to identify the progress or the lack of the employee

- the employer should entrust someone reliable to guide the employee rather than himself as the employee could be at ease a little and ask and clarify about his doubts

About the situation at present, prevention can made by'

- the employer should enquire with the employee of the problem he is facing to dulfulfthe task

- try to identify if he has any kind of difficulty to understand or to implet the tasks given to him

- the employer should try to solve it before firing the person itself

- he should give more training and proper guidance to the employee

- he should give the employee with a small task at a time without being ride or demanding of the employee

- the verbal instructions should be avoided and a proper written format of tasks to be done should be made up

- identify the need of any guidance required by the employee from other seniors

The implications provided of the handling of this situation are:

- the employee was only instructed verbally

- the employee was not provided with proper guidance

- an immediate and irrelevant action was taken against the employee

- it also shows that the employer is not showing the professionalism while handling his employees
