There is no difference between the mission , vision and values of nursing profession in comparison to personal philosophy of nursing .

Vision of nursing is "to be trusted nurses caring for patients and others, while advancing practice".

Nursing Mission :-

To demonstrate excellence in clinical care by our commitment to evidence-based practice, and delivering culturally competent patient care in a caring-healing environment.

Nursing values :-

Core nursing values include human dignity, integrity, autonomy, altruism, and social justice. The caring professional nurse integrates these values in clinical practice.

My personal nursing mission as a Registered Nurse is to make a positive difference in my patient's lives, restore homeostasis, and meet psychosocial needs. Vision is to provide advanced healthcare services with upgradation of knowledge and the values are the same basically these are the ethical components .
