The best advice on the safest way to exclude Dr.Zack is to make decision a as per the hospital's policies, rules and regulations. Dr.Zack can not make an admission of a patient innthe psychiatric unit with put an approval or advice by the psychiatrist as every mental health organizations has a protocol of a psychiatrist visited by a patient ,diagnosed and then suggest the treatment either by admission or homecare and proper follow upI In case if a provider wants to change its rules ,Dr.Zock has to approach the administration and initially can only request for a change ,the approval and disapproval can be done by the management after thorough investigation.
