Violent or threatening behaviours are one which can harm others physically or emotionally. Some of the violent behaviour are

• Anger
• Raising voice when a person is wrong for justifying
• Any work place conflicts
• Not capable of understanding and landing up in heated arguments
• Any mental problems
• Medications, drug or substance abuse
• Workplace violence
• Verbal abuse
• Gender abuse

The impact of it are it can cause mental depression, financial crisis,physical injuries like harming, low productivity,poor performances,unwilling to participate ,trying to override company's rules and regulations, dominating behaviour,  loss to employers and impacts the co workers

This can be prevented by involving and training all workers to be passionate,responsible ,annual health check up ,relaxation periods, adequate leaves,benefits and perks.
