Sitiational factors are also called as external factors.these are the influences that occur in enviornment or persons around you, and not occur within the individual.

It mainly affects the performance of the employees. The situations like dispositions of workers,politics among co-workers etc may cause frustration and lack of concentration in their work. There by their productivity may decrease.the frustration may produce anxious and creates laziness among employees.

Example: the sudden resignation of my colleague caused overtime duty to me. The continuous night duty along with overtime made me sick.
