Through the experience he develop,his learning and his external influences like family, friends etc, he will develop beliefs that will influence his buying behavior whereas attitude can defined as a feeling, evaluation of an object or idea and the predisposition to act in a certain way toward that object. Attitude allow the individual to develop a logical behavior against a class of similar objects or ideas.
However, it is important to understand, identify and examine the positive attitude and beliefs but also the negative ones that consumers can have on brand or product.
