I think, consumers are being irrational towards privacy. They are concerned about individual privacy of activities, want secure, hack free mobile and internet but they themselves give so much information on social media like facebook. Hence it is easy to manipulate customer choices. Eg. Cambridge-analytica case in USA federal elections.

Factors that has affected: 1. A want of being demanded on social media. 2. consideration of social media opinions shared being valuable and impressive. 3. Many consumers are prey to consumerism and to show off reveal too much private details.4. Cheaper and all available internet.

consumers biggest concerns: 1. cybercrime and through it financial insecurity. b. Prey to false propaganda c. Prey to suicidal games like social media.

Enterprises privacy concerns are different : they want to remain isolated from leaking organizational secrets, insider trading or anything that can affect their trade secrets. They are also concerned about brand image.Any news can break their consumer loyalty.
