Answer: We should always learn something from our past to serve better present. The past experiences can lead us to understand the need of the improvement in the present so as to increase the health concern and conditions.

Being physically active such as taking stairs rather than lift or walking to the nearest store can make us indulge in the personal wellness. It also includes proper food intake and atleast 5-6 hours of undisturbed sleep. This will make health condition better.
