Social model

It focus not only life style and behavior but also acceptance of social change.It states that health is achieved by directing efforts towards addressing social,economic and environmentak determinants of health.Social factord includes unemployment,poor sanitation,lack of health services,over crowding are adversely affect the health.Eradicate these factors to achieve the optimum health.

Person centerd

In this patient participation to meet their needs It emphasise the right,privacy,choice,independence and dignity concern.

Self directed

In this care giver hire the individual such as family,friend and related person meet the patient needs. It is applicable to long term servicefor older patient and bed ridden patient.
