3. Under both the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW), it is illegal to discriminate against someone on the grounds of his or her disability. This includes intellectual, physical, sensory, psychiatric and learning disabilities. These Acts also prohibits discrimination against someone because he or she has HIV/AIDS or is associated with someone who has HIV/AIDS

4. Legal obligations of mandatory reporting is to report a suspicious event or behaviour to correct authorities .

5. When there is a conflict between your values and the values of the person you are supporting then we must seek support from a counselor after try to solve the issy by ourselves .
