Based on your past training experiences or CPCC class, describe the training and education followed by how the training / education may have been improved through a good needs analysis prior to being deployed. Or Describe how training you have completed in the past could have been improved by a good needs analysis prior to being deployed to trainees.

In order to stay ahead in the competitive market, companies want their employees should be trained and well educated regarding the job which they do. The company provides training to new candidates as well as those employees who are not performing up to the level the company wants. Every company has an expected level of job performance for there employees and in order to determine the need of training and education, the company compares the performance of the employee with the expected level of performance they have set for each employee.

It is very important to identify which employee need more training and in which area or for what they need training. Identification of these two factors will help a company in improving the performance of its employees.

Here is how the training/education may have been improved through a good needs analysis prior to being deployed:

- The organization must compare the current performance with the estimate performance and check which area is lacking in performance. For example, you might want to improve the quality of the delivering system for your product. So, you should concentrate on providing training to the delivery team so that they can improve their performance in providing the best quality delivery service.

- Then we have to identify what are the skills and knowledge of our employee. That means suppose few employees are not providing results as we desire from them so we have to identify how much they know about the job they are doing and what necessary training and education we can provide to help them in improving their skills and knowledge regarding the job they do.

- Through eLearning Assessment, the company will be able to identify how much their employee know and in which area to need further guidance. The company will also be able to identify the above things by observation, surveys, and evaluation.

- The company should prioritize performance issue so that they can first work on improving and then they can concentrate on other areas. Without the performance improvement of employees, the company won't be able to achieve the goals which they desire.
