Things affects their behaviour beyond genetic factor:

Human behaviour is defined as the range of actions and behaviours exhibited by human at certain stages of development.Negative aspects that affect human behaviour are illogical reasoning,poor memory,lack of attention and poor judgement. Here are factors affecting individual behaviour beyond genetic.

Environmental Factors:

The external environment is known to have a considerable impact on a person's behaviour. The environment can influence person's behaviour and motivation to act. Although environment can facilitate or discourage interaction among people.

Economic Factors:

The behaviour of an individual is affected to a large extent by the economic environment. These factors directly or indirectly affect the individual behaviour.

Employment level- Employment opportunities available to any individual influence behaviour a lot. If the job opportunities are less, an individual will have to stick to a particular organization even though he doesn't have job satisfaction. This will influence behaviour of a person negatively. On the other hand if job opportunities are more then a person will continue changing their job,which gives them maximum satisfaction, monetary as well as psychological. This influence person's behaviour positively.

Wage rate- Wage rate also affect behaviour of person. Though job satisfaction is very important,but what a person will get in money terms,is the major factor affecting the decision of a worker as well as behaviour.

Technological Development: The technological development has made the job more intellectual and upgraded. Which ultimately effects behaviour economically.

Political Factors:

Political environment of the country will affect the individual behaviour not directly,but through Employment, monetary polices and other welfare policies of government. The political ideology of a country affects the individual behaviour through the freedom available to it's citizens.

Legal Environment:

Rules and laws are formalized and written standards of behaviour. Laws relates to all the members of the society. For example Murder is a crime which is illegal by law applies to all the people in society.

Values:

Values Carry an individual's idea as to what is right,good or desirable. A person's values also develop as a product of learning and experience in the cultural setting in which he lives. The value system can significantly influence the individual behaviour because these help in understanding the attitudes and motivation of individuals as well as influencing their perceptions.

Abilities:

Abilities are the traits a person learns from the environment around. Ability refers to the capacity or capability of an individual to perform the various tasks in a job that what a person can do. Abilities can be related to genetics but human can develop these abilities beyond genetic like intellectual abilities, physical abilities.

Drugs related factors:

A drug affects an individual by the psycho-active effect that it has on a person's central nervous system. If someone is drug addict then it will change behaviour directly or indirectly both terms.

Can people change their natural personality:

The way your personality develop can be a genetic factor. The environment you are in shapes your personality in a certain way, forcing you to develop traits and habbits that might be foreign to your type. For example, if you are naturally casual but your work schedule is structured then your preferences are likely to change.

Your basic personality type cannot change. However you can change the aspects of your personality that you are unhappy with. By doing this you will strengthen your traits and become a more develop individual. Such a change could be triggered by either the environment you are in or your own will.
