  • Check for its hygienity (clean preparation, well cooked ,boiled,baked,fried, etc.,)
  • Always mind the calorie consumed ftom each food
  • Select food which are low in carbs,fats,saturated fats,sodium
  • Foods containing fibre ,protein are good
  • Check wheather the food'temperature is as expected
  • Select foods which are source of various vitamins and minerals
