Ans- Any cell which is in G0 phase of cell cycle is not prefered for analysis or experimental studies.
As G0 phase is quiescent phase where cell is in resting phase where gene expression is silent and no protein synthesis take place, so these cells are metabolically inactive that's the reason it is not used for any experimental studies.
