It is not suitable for consuming everday and can lead to longbterm illness like diabetes,obesity,gastrointestinal problems etc.,The best food can be selected by having by minimum calorie, high fibre ,protein content, low sodium and fat ,with zero cholesterol .Choosing this type of food can be helpful to avoid long term diseases in long run.Foods containing high salt , deeply fried can be harmful to heart and trigger obesity.The colours , preservatives,additives used in the foods can be toxic and even carcinogenic overtime.Some of the standardized fast food centres are McDonald's, Subway,Taco,Domino,Domingos.which prepare and serve foods as per the advice of a nutritionist or a dietician.So it has become much safer to be eaten once in a while.
