Answer #1

Answer: The understaffed physician's office can cause medical errors in most of the cases. This is because patient requires intensive care in the critical situation and this case when there will be lack of staff, the patients will not be able to get the desired care they required.

The understaffed office will increase the burden and workload pressure on the staffs available and hence due to excessive pressure and workload they suffers from burnout. These burnout leads to decrease in the quality of care provided to the patiets. There would be many medical errors as few staff have to manage the large patient and might be negligence occurs which can be the other factor which contributes in the medical errors.
