1.specimen labeling error will occur when the specimen collected from a patient is mislabeled, unlabeled or incomplete. For a specimen label to be correct it must have patient's full name(printed will be preffered than hand written label), patient's hospital record number, date and time of the specimen collection, date of birth of the patient and sample source. if any of these is missing it can cause risk for the patient.

2. The person who had done the sample collection(usually staff) and labeled will be stakeholder in sample labeling error because these errors occur when the staff doesnot identify the patient properly or when more than one patient's blood sample is collected and it is mislabeled. This can also happen when one staff is drawing the sample and other is labeling.

3. i will present the project for Nursing staffs especially those who are newly joined because they need proper guidance in the beginning itself to reduce errors and the staffs who are practicing in the laboratory because if they are identifying the mislabeled sample, they can save time in processing it forward.
