Answer #1

Answer: While the preliminary examination it is necessary that the medical assistant should obtain both the subjective as well as objective data. Patient needs to express their concern and health issues because it is important to make sure that there should be complete information regarding patient condition. In this case, the medical assistant should inquire the daughter to explain and translate the patient's condition and what she is describing. It is necessary to make understand the daughter regarding the importance of the patient's experience and feelings.
