So it is 1,000 ml in 5 hours.

which means 200ml in 1 hour ( 60 minutes )

drop factor is 20 gtts (drops) per ml

For 200 ml it is 200 * 20 = 4,000 ( drops for 60 minutes  )

For 1 minute it is 4,000 / 60 which is 66.7 gtts/min

rounding it off to nearest whole drop = 67 drops per minute.
