1.i will choose to attend emergency instead of giving injection first.

2.because i am trained to give emergency care and part of the team.if anyone in the emergency is not Attending the patient it can harm life of the patient.other nurse who is not known to emergency can give injection as she is in same designation.

3.yes.because doctor has given verbal order to this nurse when she handedover to another staff it is necessary to document on file to prevent further consequences.

4.No.she should discard that as it has no name ,date and time of injection loaded.sghe can open another vial and can give injection with same name.she doesnot know if anybody changes that medicine or it is the sameone she kept there.if there is any doubt bout medication she should load another one to prevent errors.
