1. 3 conditions that would require emergency care and could prove life threatening for the patient are:

• Menorrhagia: excessive bleeding from the uterus that can end up to soaking 1 or 2 pads in an hour. This can be life threatening to the patient as it lead to anemia and fluctuations in the blood pressure.
• Ectopic pregnancy: it is a condition in which the embryo attach outside the uterus. This can lead to pain and abnormal bleeding in the patient and it can also be life threatening.   
• Cancer of the uterus: uterus cancer is highly life threatening in which abnormal excessive bleeding and pain is one of the most significant symptom.

2. I will inform the patient about her health condition in terms of every possibility that could arise. I will inform her that she could be pregnant or she might have been reaching her menopause. Her pregnancy can be confirmed only after certain pregnancy tests. Moreover, a further tests for uterus cancer and fibroids will be recommended.
3. Her distress and concern can lead to prenatal depression. It is a condition in which women undergo depressive characteristics under the influence of stress from the unborn child. I will educate her about her health condition and other possibilities such as menopause for her condition.
