1.when a pregnant mother drinks alcohol,alcohol passes through placenta and can affect baby development .

some points of concerns and risk are :

DRINKING to much ALCOHOL leads to-

-premature bith

-low birth weight

-most several diesese foetal alcohol syndrome -which can cause growth problems,mental ability ,behavioural problems and abnormal facial features .

SMOKING :smoking not only affects women  health but also damage baby health . leads to

-premature bith

-low birth weight

-miscarraighe and cot deadth

-breathing problems and wheezing in first six months of life .

PARTYING:

-can cause presure and force on belly leads to misscarraige .

2.NUTRITIONAL ADVICE :

8 weeks come under first trimester in which baby body starts to grow.

mother should avoid ;

-alcohal ,smoking and caffiene .

-saccharine and herbal sweetners.

-explosure ti chemical and fumes of paints and solvents

activitities that cause fer fall and can put pressure on belly .

CASE STUDY 2;

1.CONSTIPATION : because of high level of progestrone .

-drink plenty of water .

- eat high fibre foods e.g fruits,vegetables,

-walk often.

-eat smaller meals . leaving meals can affect baby

2.MORNING SICKNESS

_-eat smaller meals.

-healthy snacks

-avoid laege drinks

-walk
