1.If physical and rehabilitation is done for example physiotherapy and other means,there will be cost effective for patient who belong to low socioeconomic status.whereas if other means like surgery is done for speedy recovery of the patient who are low socioeconomic status,it may become a burden for them.

2.problems related to bulimia and anorexia linked to severe anemia.

• problems are dizziness,fatigue,extreme weight loss,dehydration and low level of sodium,potassium and magnesium in the body.
