Answer: The principles of Biomedical ethics includes four basic principles:

  • Autonomy
  • justice
  • beneficence
  • non-maleficence.

These principles of bioethics provides the guidance to the healthcare professionals to provide quality of care to the patient by following these principles in their practice. This involves that the patient have their own identity and can make decisions. The healthcare professionals should perform the task that benefits the patient.

The autonomy includes that the person have their rights to make decisions for themselves and other should respect the decision of others. Patient usually have their dignity to improve their health decision.
