Mindfulness - Self regulation of attention so that it is focused on the present moment.Taking an open curious non-judgmental stance towards one's experience.

Rationale - In this chapter mindfulness is included because it's about cargivers perspective with which they provide care to the patients . So it's said to be mindful while providing care to the patients because it helps in providing care which not baised , and more efficient .
