Answer #1

Answer: The Georgia state's law prohibits the any kind of discrimination made on the basis of caste, race, religion, gender etc. This law includes that the every employee of the organization should get the equal salary as the opposite sex. Any act that would found to be against this law, a serious action is taken.

The federal law also includes that there should not be any discrimination in the working environment but the Georgia state's law is very strict and serious actions are taken. The implementation of federal law is much low as compared to the Georgia state's law.
