The interventions which can be implemented by RN arem

- Identification of allergents

- Avoid allergents at home

- Keep away from animal danders

- Improve housing condition

- Avoid contact with house dust, pollen, mold, cockroaches.

- Avoid exposure to perfumes, oxidants, cigarette smoke

- Be alert to respiratory tract infections, sinusitis. Treat it timely

- Avoid exposure to cold and dry air.

- Provide good psychological support, to avoid stress

- Avoid the food additives like processed foods, MSG, sulfites etc.

- Complaince to the medicine advised.

- Avoid aspirin and NSAID

- Regular medical check up

- Educate the importance and complaince to steroids.

- Ask to take drugs with foods or antacids.

- Teach coughing and breathing exercises for the betterment of the child, which she can practice at home
