Answer #1

In a study a power which is 0.80 or above is an indicator of its quality, worthiness, usefulness accuracy ,etc., and it can be accepted.

Including a clinical trial is an additional benefits because there are high chances for the expected results to change or not. This itself can be a study to analyze the effectiveness of the implemented policy. Conducting a clinical trial can be an added advantage in identifying the strength and weaknesses. Hence this study provides evidences.

Ans:Yes,although it would have been stronger to have a clinical trial included.
