usual weight = 250#

so, % of casual weight = 185/250 x 100 = 74% of usual weight

given height =5ft11in = 180cm

weight = 190= 86kg

age = 29 years

according to Mifflin St Jeor equation, his calorie needs = 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) – 5 x age (y) – 161

putting the values = 10x 86 + 6.25 x 180 - 5x29 - 161

= 860 + 1125- 145-161

= 1985-145-161

= 1679kcal
