2) NATURAL METHOD -
The natural method of birth control is very natural and it is not a effect of hormone use.In this method of stopping the pregnancy,the male and female avoid the sexual intercourse at the time when an egg is accessible to be inseminated by sperm.The FAMs or fertility awareness methods are based on understanding when a female ovulates every month and for utilizing a FAM,it is very important to observe the symptoms that shows ovulation has happened.
