1.Healthcare industry without a technology is impossible to be seen today.This massive advancement and growth has led to many new innovations and inventions. One such thing is the digital media communications. This is a method of communicating a message which is accessible to all at any time with the use of internet as its platform. When it comes to internet the chance of cyber hack, misuse are high so framing a guidelines like who can access data,security systems, encryption have to be done by the organization. The staffs has to be trained and instructed on the purpose of its uses and implement only official work.

2.Some of the core areas within a healthcare industry that can be voiced for improvement are

• Safe work environment and appropriate measures and benefits for the victims by the organization (chemical hazards, radiation exposure area,nursing work station ,etc.,)
• Infection control practice managed effectively by the team
• Training the ground level staffs in patient care,transferring, assistive care ,etc.,
