1.mayocardial pump is pumping the blood by exerting presure in myocardium and change the volume into different organic functions.

2.volume of blood ejecting from the heart during a complete contraction of heart is called stroke volume.Maintaining of preload and afterload is the function of it.

3.myocardial blood flow help to improve thecirculation in the heart mmuscles to contract and relax normaly and heart is getting enough oxygen tbrough this function.

4.right side hearfailure occurs when right ventricle of heart get failed due to the accumulation of blood in superior venacava which will lead the obstruction in main function like passing deoxygenated blood through right ventricles to lungs through pulmonary artery

5.left sideheartfailure occurs due to left ventricular failure in which obstruction in left ventricle .backflow of bloodflow to the pulmonary vein cause this obstruction.

6.coronaryartery situated in right side supply blood to the right side of heart .on the same way left coronary artery provides blood to left side of heart.

7.systemic circulation is the complete circulation in the heart in which heart receives oxygenated blood through right atrium and remove deoxygenated blood into lung through pulmonary artery..

8.blood flow regulation is the balancing the blood flow to the tissues and various part of the body without any obstruction.

9.cardicac out put get when stroke volume of heart multyply with heart rate.normal is 4 litre per minute to 8 liter per minute.

10.preload means stretchi g of heart mucscles inoreger to receive oxygeneated blood before contraction .after load means deoxygenate blood pumped into lungs through pulmonary arter by presure on heartmuscles.
