Answer #1

First picture 1st ECG: Sinus tachycardia

Due to vagal inhibition or sympathetic stimulation discharge from the sinus node increases sinus rate is 101 to 200 beats per minute ECG characteristics: HR is 101 to 200 beats per minute, regular rhythm, the PR interval is normal. Normal shape and duration of the QRS complex.

First picture 2nd ECG: Sinus tachycardia

First picture 3rd ECG: Second degree A V block, type 2( Mobitz 2 heart block )

Here we can see constant PR interval and variable blocked QRS complexes. The p wave is none conducted without progressive PR lengthening.

ECG characteristics: Normal atrial rate, ventricular rate depends on the intrinsic rate and degree of AV block. P-wave normal, PR interval normal or prolonged or constant, QRS complex greater than .12 seconds.

First picture 4th ECG: Sinus bradycardia

Sinus rhythm but SA node fires at the rate of fewer than 60 beats per minute.

ECG characteristics: HR less than 60 beats per minute, P wave & QRS complexes have a normal shape and duration.
