Flow rate = Total volume / Total time in min × drop factor

= 500ml/ 240min × 20gtt/min

3. Ordered dose of Morphine is 4mg IV q4 hrly

Available morphine sulfate concentration is 10mg/ml

Mean 1ml contains 10mg of morphine sulfate
