Answer #1

I am very fortunate to work in such a comfortable environment and the whole credit goes to my boss who is such a good person . The main thing which I like about my boss is that he invovles everyone in making decisions and does not have a hierarchical attitude and autocratic leadership . Positive about the experience -it makes us learn who to co-ordinate with other staffs and work as a team . He is very cooperative and does not put stress .

Difference between a manager and leader is that manager is the one who manages a situation while leader is a person who leads others or guides others. According to me a leader is the boss because he leads us . A democratic type of boss nourishes me .
