Answer: Sometime we face typical situation at the workplace where members of the organization are not friendly. They do not coperate with other employees. There were few staff members and the working hours of the nurse was more than the normal. This was she reason that nurses as well as staff members were rude towards each other. There were low quality of care that was provided to the patients.

As a new nurse appointed at that healthcare organization, No one came forward to help me Or interact with me. It was feeling of being isolated. So, I approached to the nurse manager and told my problem. She was quick in solving my problem. Then I understood that due to excessive workload, healthcare professionals are tired as they suffers from burnout.

Indulgence of the leadership skills can bring out betterment as the nurse practicing hours were reduce and Rotational shift was introduced. This provided time to other nurse to get relaxed. Hence time management skill was applied here.

Although the environment of the healthcare organization has created frustation among staff members but after the time management skill, the burnout among them were reduced.

The time management helps in nursing practice as completing the task on the same day will reduce the risk of overload of work on the other day.
