Answer #1

I personally believe in not forcing anyone and I practice also the same even if it's in my personal life or professional life . I have many examples of the same , let me explain one which happened while I was posted in ICU . As you know attendents are not allowed in the ICU , all care is done by us . It was regarding the diet . Patient was a child of age 16 years cam with road accident . His diet was planned by the dietician which he don't liked . He wanted to eat home made food but dietician was not allowing him ,it was about when he became conscious and stable was ready to be discharged with 2 days . He not even used to touch the hospital plate . Atlast ,I said him to make a choice between any other diet be wanted ,he said I just want my mom's hand made Parantha . I was like ok I will ask the incharge and physician for allowing it and hopefully they allowed it because he was not taking a bit of hospital food . And no other food is tastier than home made and we'll made . It fullfilled his needs and also made him satisfied as he was happy . Just we need to be practical to solve these little issues than being emotional and sympathetic .

    1. I hear people talking about how a person's personality can change throughout their life depending on the people they associate themselves with and can be changed if they change their lifestyle or the people they surround themselves with. But according to Freud's development of personality theory, person's personality is established at Stage 5, seeming almost as if it is genetic. I have no actual opinion of whether it is genetics or social, but I do believe it is a...

Difficult conversations are stressful for both parties, and often elicit highly complex emotions (CMI 2015). It can be difficult to keep an objective view of the situation, but in an emotionally charged atmosphere, setting an example of calm assertiveness will help to temper the reactions of the other party. Self-awareness and self-control are the watchwords here. By managing our own emotions, we are effectively encouraging the other person to do the same (CMI 2015). Leaders should acknowledge and respond to...

Deliberate tradition is traditions that are deliberately designed to create a moral society. Confucianism embraces this idea because he wants to design a society where people are good by nature. Some advantages of this tradition is that it promotes empathy, diligence, leading by example, the arts, and service to others. Regarding the quote of page 163 of the reading, I agree that the United States lacks tradition despite being called the melting pot. Rather than embracing and encouraging tradition, America...

What is your idea about following paragraphs? There are many young people looking to start families. Whenever I log onto Facebook or Instagram, I see pictures being shared/posted of engagements and gender reveal parties. Sometimes I think about it and I get jealous, because I would like to start a family, but I am too consumed in my studies and work. Starting a family now would be selfish of me because I won't be able to devote my full attention...
