He states he was never catheterized, never had any of the medications listed on his itemized bill, and has “never been in this hospital for that length of time.” His face is red, his voice is gradually getting louder, and you notice he is standing with the aid of crutches because his left leg is in a full cast. 1)patient states that he was never been catheterized

2)patient states that he has never taken any medicines listed in the bill

3)Patient states that he was not admitted in the hospital for that particular period of time .

Objective observation

1)The patient appears angry as evidenced by red faced and loud voice.

2)patient takes the support of crutches for standing

3)plaster cast on the entire left leg suggestive of fractures.
