Answer: Colour blindness is not a disease but it is a deficiency in which people are unable to identify the color such as red and green or yellow and blue. They are unable to identify the difference between certain colors. It is not a good thing as it creates problem with the daily living.

Although colour blindness is a genetic where the rods and cone cells are not fully developed or damaged but in some of the cases due to chronic illness such as Parkinson's disease causes damage to the eye cells.

People suffering from color blindness are mistakenly understood as a blind person and they have low self esteem so they avoid gathering etc. This should be removed as to prevent any kind of bias.

Unconscious bias is condition where person themselves makes quick judgement after seeing people. For example, gender bias at the work place.
