Answer: Color blindness is a kind of concept that the person does not differentiate or discriminate any people on the basis of race, ethnic or any kind of differences. It is one of the methods that can provide equality to all human kinds. People should be colorblind as there is no such law which discriminates people. Discrimination is a kind of unethical behavior. Equality is the right of people and hence all the people should have equal status. The racial differences should be eliminated. Unconscious bias are the unintentional act which sometimes increases concern and issues.
