Child under 2 years of age they can not able to communicate well if there is any numbness, tingling, burning sensation under the bandage area.they are more likely to develop with pressure injuries. so it is always recommended we should avoid maximum making bandages for those age groups. if it is the unavoidable reason for making bandages, cast and splint practitioner should evaluate the child often for having any skin discoloration and other symptoms.
