Ans. Ibuprofen 10 mg/kg every 6 hours

Child weight 12 kg

So 10mg/12kg=120 mg per 6 hours

Bottle labeled 40mg /ml

So desire dose /available dose multiply drop factor

120/40 multiply ml 3 ml ,, (macro drop factor =15 so 45 ml)
