it can be done by taking 220 standard and subtracting age from it.

So in case of 27 years the maximum heart rate is 220-27=193. The exercise intensity can be measured by it.

target zone--- Once you know the desired higher heart rate ,the target heart rate is calculated by the following formula

a, resting heart rate is between 60-100 beats /minute in normal adult. say for example it is 70 /min in the morning initially

So the Heart Rate Reserve(HRR) = Subtracting resting heart rate from maximum heart rate if 70 is RHR (193-70=123 is HRR)

Next HRR multiplied by 0.7 (123x0.7)=86.1

Deduction of no 2 can be done similarly by the above formulae

Addition of 86+RHR =86.1+70=156.1

Again multiply123x0.85=104.55

Addition of 104.55+RHR 70=174.55

So target heart rate zone=   156Heart beat/min-----174 beats /min
