Harassment refers to some thing which can disturb a person emotionally or physically .The harassment in healthcare environment is comparably high when there is a novice.Some of the ways to combat the harrassment in healthcare environment are

• Face the people boldly ,directly,answer rationally in a knowledgeable way they try to harass, this can make the harasser feel disappointed and loss courage to do it
• Develop new skills in the designated area of practice to overcome challenges
• Report to the superior or incharge first about the harassment and to be taken to disciplinary actions
• In case of physical harrassment bring it to the attention of the administration through sexual harassment team
• The organization can conduct training program and educate the staff continuously
