Answer: The telemedicine communication modes as well as suitable healthcare settings are:

• Patient portal secure messaging: This can be used by the patient securely. It enables to attach photos that can be easily checked by the healthcare professionals for further treatment. Patient can have privacy.
• Telephone: Patient can directly contact to their healthcare providers to express their problems and symptoms. Patient can express their feelings and healthcare professional can easily detect pain by voice.
• Audio- video: This enables patient to have face time face communication through video calls. Physician can look to the symptoms.

Out of this the most suitable for consultation with state of physician is the audio- video calls as it enables the physician to look for the symptoms, facial expressions etc which enables the healthcare professionals to understand the severity of the problem.

The three evidence based medicine literature limitations are:

• There is obstacle in the development as it requires various and specific concerns. The authenticity of the research or may be the medicine doesn't work for the particular patient.
