She spends overhead costs of 35% and physician consultation costs of 15%.

Total expenditure is 50%

I.e 150,000 = 100 x 50 = 75,000

A nurse practitioner totals spending 75,000 in expences.

150,000-75.000 = 75,000

So, she is generating a total 75,000 of revenue.
