Clinical based environment is necessary for an institution to teach their students about the learning skills which is needed to take care of their patients.They become capable to give individual care as well as team based care which can improve the quality of care .when they consider patients values it helps to improve the productivity in all the ways.

Most of the institutions provide evidence based practice while some private institutions may not follow this as they don't have the surroundings to provide evidence based practice environment..They may not have the adequate knowledge about the benefits of providing best environment to practice for their students.in such situations students unable handle the situations which occurs in the hospital environment when they go for practicing in any hospital.
