The public hospitals are government undertaken so the patients are provided with free treatment if they are uninsured or underinsured as per the states policy .If the states policy doesn't have one then a free 8r speciality care cannot be provided

The community health centers provides the basic care to the uninsured patient but they cannot provide speciality care to uninsured or underinsured

The Safety net providers are a group of doctors who care for uninsured patients free of cost,irrespective of their capability to pay or not.The speciality care can be given by a speciality physician

In outpatient center there is a need of refers to get get speciality care
