Ans. Patient is suspected right side heart failure.

Most common clinical manifestation ,jugular vein distention,hepatomegaly ,ascites ,ankle edema  

previous shift the patient diagnos is renal failure and right side heart failure after

A - FIB atrial fibrillation are paroxysmal,persistent and long term persistent doctors also categorize A- fib as either valvular and nonvalvular.
